Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Contact us at turnerj9600@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — this doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
